Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate catering and institutional F&B space.
- Generate qualified leads and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR departments, and other departments.
- Understand client requirements and customize catering solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the F&B, catering, or hospitality industry.
- Strong corporate network and proven ability to generate B2B leads.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer customized F&B solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in corporate catering / institutional food service / event catering sales.
- Knowledge of QSR operations, menu planning, and pricing structures.
- CRM tool proficiency and data-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts
