Title: Training Specialist Reporting to: Market HR Leadership Responsibilities: The role is an individual contributor with an end to end responsibility of managing multiple cohorts of 2 marquee leadership development programs for India market. The individual will be responsible to build on the existing program basis learning and ensure the deployment of a sustainable model with an endeavor is to create a best-in-class experience for the participants and a state-of-the art leadership program for front line leadership. Key Responsibilities as below: - Organize, promote &amp; anchor the market wide colleague (employee) development program targeted for aspiring and existing people leaders in partnership with the market HR team. - Designing and managing communication with all stakeholders for the program including Global and Business leaders - Program governance: - Managing program's milestones (from nomination to graduation) and progress updates/ report outs for all waves/cohorts - Managing Budgets - Monitoring expenditure and costs against delivery (if any) - Proactively monitoring the progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action - Solicits feedback and support from cohort members, leaders as needed - Manage overall administration, logistics, and supply chain access for program ramp up and sustainability - Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI - Partnering with the vendor partner for various instruments - Continuously relook at the framework and identify areas of improvements in partnership with Market HR and Global Talent, Learning and Leadership team. Desired Skill Set: - Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills - Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills - The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the program - Excellent problem-solving ability Candidates with 6-8 yrs experience in learning &amp; development operation (&amp; delivery) would be preferred.
