To achieve this mission, the team is focused on working with business partners to craft high-quality communications which embody our Relationship Care - principles, and maintaining a controlled environment to ensure communications are delivered by expected deadlines.   - As part of communications portfolio we manage approval platform and process to ensure and drive standards and consistency. These tools and processes also ensure we have appropriate controls built in to ensure regulatory and compliance adherence. We are also looking to see how big data platform can be used to tie into customer experience effectiveness and drive key KPI's to drive REE.   This leader has to play the role of Product Owner for this platform/product and lead a group of individuals to drive :   - Product/Platform management and maintenance.   - Define and improve features and drive process efficiency, partnership with capabilities and technologies   - Business consultation and managing relationship for Business requesters and stakeholders   - Manage metrics and data integrity.   - Drive and improve service SLA's   - Improve customer experience for our internal stakeholder   - Extend this capability to new markets (international) leveraging relationship and build awareness. Work with local business partners, compliance, and additional stakeholders build, train, and launch the process in each market   - Ensure engagement with local leadership and partner on larger organizational initiatives and goals   - Lead the team to achieve goals, ensure their development needs are being met.   - Lead big data initiative and integrate with Communication Governance process to improve communication effectiveness and drive REE and push-to-digital efforts.   - This person has to partner with the Governance lead to build clear and efficient processes and to partner with capabilities product owner team to drive time to market. This would entail :   - Partner with Technologies to lead the maintenance and enhancements of the governance capabilities   - Partner with members of the governance team to develop effective operational processes, identify compliance gaps, and tighten controls; collaborate with Business, technology, and compliance partners   Qualifications :   Required Skills/Qualifications :   - 6-7 years of working experience with Bachelor's or Master's degree   - Leader with good track record of leading programs and group of individuals   - Good understanding/experience of Agile methodology and working experience as Product Owner (1-2 years - preferred)   - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills   - PMO or project management experience, particularly working with technology deliverables   - Customer focus, balanced with a rational business sense   - Demonstrated thought leader and creative problem solver   - Knowledge of Relationship Care, the Global Communications System (GCS), Review & Approve Servicing Communications (RASC) platform, and other servicing communications management capabilities   - Interest in process improvement and capability management   - Good understanding of data analytics   - Experience and good expertise on Microsoft tools like excel (preferred)   - Ability to manage a range of projects and responsibilities simultaneously with strict deadlines   - Strong customer focus and can-do attitude   - Excellent verbal and written communications skills   - Previous experience with compliance and controls a plus   - Broad knowledge of the American Express business preferred   Job type- Full Time  Industry Type - Technology   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
