Role : Project Manager - Six Sigma  PMO Analyst - Automation COE   - The Automation Center of Excellence drives extraordinary service value and engagement through new insights, strategic partnering, and disciplined delivery. Through the Automation Program, the team focuses on reducing costs and enabling an unparalleled customer experience.   - Our mission is to automate and optimize the Global Service Network, delivering world-class customer engagement, process efficiencies and innovative solutions to maximize economic value. The Automation COE is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Project Management Office (PMO).   Job Responsibilities :   - Analyze large data sets to identify opportunities and provide recommendations that improve the card member experience and increase operational efficiency.   - Apply intensive and extensive knowledge of engineering principles, tools and analytics to solve complex business problems.   - Identify opportunities to leverage Automation (Robotics Process Automation) across the Global Service Network processes.   - Execute control activities, as part of the Project Management Office key responsibilities.   - Perform in-depth data analysis, detecting trends, patterns and cause-effect relationships.   - Develop Dashboards and Scorecards to measure the program's performance.   - Design and develop new reports that will allow to track key metrics.   - Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.   Required Skills/Qualifications :   - Critical skills include proficiency with Engineering tools and techniques, strategic thought leadership and execution skills.   - Ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts and translate complex information, demonstrating strong critical thinking.   - Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment are required.   - Ability to detect trends, patterns and cause-effect relationships, being able to provide recommendations using available data.   - Demonstrated "Growth Mindset" with a passion for innovative thinking.   - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint.   - Experience in analytics, data mining and reporting/MIS strongly preferred.   - Working knowledge of Tableau, SAS, Minitab or similar tools is a plus.   - Experience with Automation capabilities is a plus.   Educational requirement :   - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Applied Statistics, Business or similar academic degree preferred.   Preferred Additional :   Preferred Certifications - Agile, PMP, Six Sigma, Lean  Job type - Full Time  Industry Type - Finance   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
