Our world class analytics team applies rigorous, solution-oriented analysis and modeling techniques to help businesses attract and retain customers, understand market trends, track and diagnose market share changes and improve advertising and marketing effectiveness.   Project Details (Including scope and expected outcomes): Shop Small Recommendations and Amex offers measurement analysis:   Scope:   Incumbent will drive high-visibility, end-to-end partnership with internal partners globally, with emphasis on Shop Small Recommendations and Amex offers measurement analysis for international market. He/she will support strategic decision-making via analytical thought-leadership, exploratory analyses & data expertise, ultimately helping our partners drive both merchant and Card Member engagement in the ecosystem.  Outcome:  A successful candidate will play an active role in all phases of partner planning and influencing the success of the Shop Small Recommendations as well as AXP goal of driving unique redeemer through Amex offers.   Prerequisites:   - Advanced degree in quantitative field or (e.g. Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Mathematics) or MBA with deep analytic experience (preferred).   - Strong background in advanced analytics.   - Strategic thinking and problem solving.   - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.   - Project management skills and Relationship management skills.   - Machine learning techniques (preferred).  #NOLI
