Job Description - - As part of the RIM-CoE organization, the Global Credit & Collections Policies team is responsible for managing credit policies for delinquent and written-off accounts for US and GNICS Consumer portfolio, and developing the best-in-class collection strategies for both. Its actions will directly impact business profitability through improved credit performance and collections results. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and deploying new credit actions for accounts in delinquency and credit collection process, hardship programs, managing case setup and cancellation rules, payment policy, and roll rate management for US and International markets. - The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring on-going monitoring and improvement of credit and collections processes and policies. The incumbent will evaluate credit and collections performance and identify opportunities to improve credit results. The incumbent will partner very closely with decision science team, customer management team, and other business partners on initiatives to ensure flawless execution. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks Qualification - MBA, Master's Degree In Economics, Statistics Or Related Fields From A Reputed Institute. 1-2 Years of Relevant/Related Work Experience with Consistent Track Record Of Strong Performance. - Proficiency with Programming in SAS/SQL.
