Ambit - Senior Associate/Associate Vice President

Ambit is looking for smart self driven individuals to be part of its Digital / Tech / New Age Business Investment Banking Team in Delhi and Bangalore at a /Sr. Associate/AVP.

We are looking for folks who have 4-7 years of experience in Investment Banking/Strategy Consulting/ Startup Corp Dev Roles.

Preference will be given to folks with experience in the New Age / Digital / Technology / Startups space.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for financial analysis & modeling.

- Preparing detailed papers on financial, business , strategy & research on companies & industries.

- Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations.

- Organize and participate in ideation session / meetings.

- Evaluate and provide inputs /comments on Share Purchase Agreements / Shareholder Agreement / MOU.

- Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors.

- Ensure due diligence, collection, collation and analysis of client information, financial

implications, regulatory implications for documentation purpose.

- Assist in the marketing and planning of engagements.

Skills Required:

- Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp business, strategic & financial fundamentals of companies & industries.

- Financial skills including ability to understand & interpret financial statements, to build financial models and perform valuation analysis.

- Ability to create effective research papers and presentations.

- Strong communication skills and ability to handle senior personnel.

- Ability to exercise professional judgment on engagements by providing proactive solutions and recommendations.

- Ability to balance multiple engagements and responsibilities.

- High motivation, desiring autonomy and empowerment to manage self.

- Ability to handle the execution process independently and handling client queries effectively.

- Good Presentation skills creating / formatting power point presentations.

- Well versed with Excel/drafting skills.
