About the role : - Associate Director of Sales will play a critical role in leading the sales team. Working on discovering avenues for improvement and executing plans. - The ideal candidate will serve as the sales thought leader, managing teams, helping to identify trends, evolving best practices, and new technologies/tools for all efforts that drives sales. What you'll do : - Manage a 3 tier team of sales leads, managers and associates (150+ overall strength). - 5 sales leads, 20 sales managers and 125+ associates - Making a roadmap for the sales team to hit monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets - Overseeing sales operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organisational outcomes are met. - Build strategies/performance improvement plans to drive more conversions. - Analyse robust performance reports to continually optimise the sales processes which ultimately leads to better conversion rates. - Maintain and drive the input metrics like calls, call durations, number of leads catered, etc of the team and sales conversion targets.. - Discover key problems preventing our leads from converting, analyse all possible funnel stages, comprehend possible issues of drop offs in conversions and eventually build solutions. - Build solutions in coordination with various stakeholders - product, tech, marketing to drive better conversions. - Liaise with HR and training team for recruitment and training expansion plans. - Plan and manage sales team resources. - Strategize and implement processes to keep sales team motivated Incentive structures Competitions : You should apply if you : - Have proven 4+ years of work experience in Sales and leadership roles. - Have excellent people management experience of handling a team of 100+ sales rockstars. - Have proficiency in Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce, Leadsquared, Zoho CRM, etc, or similar). - Have experience using analytics and database tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Google data studio, Zoho analytics, Advanced Excel, etc, or similar). - Are data-oriented, and believe that everything can be measured, since "what gets measured gets improved" eventually. - Have the business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for Sales growth. - Are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans. - Have great problem solving skills. - Have strong Project Management skills.
