
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program management for operations improvement projects across Fulfillment, Credit, Disbursal, and Partner Engagement.
- Identify process gaps, design workflows, and implement SOPs to enhance TATs, NPS, and partner satisfaction.
- Liaise with Tech/Product teams to drive automation opportunities and workflow digitization.
- Act as the SPOC for strategic initiatives rolled out under Ops COE (Center of Excellence).
- Run OKR and metric-driven reviews for process improvement rollouts.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and market research to recommend best practices.
- Collaborate with city teams and department heads to operationalize pilots and track adoption.
- Ensure documentation, training, and handover of all implemented changes to respective functions
