Looking for candidates from Top B schools only.  Finance Analyst   Amazon is looking for an experienced analyst to support our Merchant services business. This is a highly visible role that will own valuable metrics reporting processes and support important ad-hoc business analysis.   Analytic support includes working closely with business leaders in India and Seattle to drive long term free cash flow growth for the Amazon marketplace, to maintain strong controllership of ongoing results, and to create and maintain effective planning processes.  Key responsibilities include:   - Work with business leaders in various functions including Product Management, Operations, Seller Experience and Technology to identify key metrics to manage the M@ and FBA business.  - Retrieve, analyze and report necessary data from source systems including Amazon’s Data Warehouse.  - Perform deep dive analysis and identify root causes of key business trends.  - Identify and implement solutions to better automate and streamline the existing metrics processes.  - Lead the monthly new metrics prioritization and planning meetings including facilitation of meetings and coordination of status update  Qualification:  - 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role such as finance, operations research, engineering or a related area  - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related field  - Demonstrated expertise with SQL and Excel  - Experience researching, analyzing and summarizing data into impactful business cases  - Project management experience leading successful cross functional initiatives  Preferred Qualification:  - Direct experience in online retail or e-commerce operations  - Proven track record in building effective business partnerships
