Strategic Account Management (SAM):   We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated Account Manager to help in Strategic account engagement for the Amazon.in marketplace. SAM aims at providing Account Management services to the largest sellers on Amazon.in covering inputs & driving AM tool adoption which help sellers/ LFRs/ Private label brands grow their business on Amazon.in marketplace. Some of the key levers used to help achieve this objective are driving better selection (via cross-category diversification opportunities and/ or leveraging current selection via multiple Fulfillment channels for increased sales conversion), discoverability, quality, driving self service tools like MARS, RIM and AM Tool, and improving operational performance. The candidate would need to actively collaborate with other stakeholders like Category BDMs, Finance, Product and Advertising to drive account performance.   Competencies Expected   - Working with a mindset of identifying areas for disruptive growth and innovation with a seller, sub-categories and brands.  - Forging large private label brand relationships, providing thought leadership, make and execute joint business plans (account CXO level), with milestones and annual calendar   - Ensuring close wiring and relationship building between seller and Amazon leadership and category managers.   - Driving Adoption of account management tools to increase productivity of engagement   - Demonstrate data orientation: Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the seller's current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.   - Build strong communication channels at all levels of the seller's organization, stakeholder expectation management.   - Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development teams.   - Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.  Basic Qualifications  Bachelor's degree (Preferred MBA) 3+ years of experience in sales or account management  Preferred Qualifications  - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.   - Knowledge of Tools, process, and metrics driven experience   - Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.   - Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.   - Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce desired   - Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage  - Prior experience influencing C-level executives is highly desirable.   - Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.   MBA preferred.
