Role - Student Programs Recruiter Student Programs Recruiter works closely with a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The role requires to work with business leaders, build relationship with multiple stakeholders across teams and with education colleges/ campuses, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Responsibilities - Implement plans & solutions of Students Program team for campuses across India and deliver results - Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives - Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build Amazon brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbers - Assist the campus team in internal processes such as intern conversion, onboarding etc. - Design and implement projects within team to improve candidate experience on and off campus - Manage a group of 2-3 businesses and relevant senior stakeholders by becoming sole point of contact for their campus related activities Basic Qualification & Required skills - 3+ years in recruitment with strong focus on metrics - Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results - Ability to hire at an entry level from campuses while keeping the Amazon bar high - Strong interpersonal skills which would translate into effective relationship building across campuses - Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation - Have managed multiple stakeholders at a Hiring Manager level - Ability to drive various branding and engagement activities across campuses in India - Strong HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative - Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
