Role Overview:

The Senior Program Manager for WW Easy Ship (L6) will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives designed to optimize the end-to-end logistics experience for sellers and customers globally. In this role, you will navigate the intersection of operations, product development, and supply chain strategy to drive efficiency and scalability within the Easy Ship program. You will collaborate closely with regional operations teams, software engineering groups, and business stakeholders to identify friction points, design robust solutions, and execute programs that enhance delivery speed and reliability. Your work will directly influence the operational backbone of Amazon's marketplace, ensuring that our logistics infrastructure remains agile and competitive on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and operational KPIs.

- Analyze complex logistics data to identify performance bottlenecks and implement process improvements that enhance the seller and customer experience.

- Partner with product and engineering teams to define requirements for new features and tools that automate and streamline Easy Ship operations.

- Manage stakeholder expectations across various geographies, providing clear visibility into program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across diverse regional markets.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging lean methodologies to reduce operational costs and increase throughput.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with 6 - 14 years of professional experience.

- Strong analytical proficiency, with the ability to translate large datasets into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams without direct authority.

- Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations, with a focus on scaling processes for global impact.

- Ability to navigate high-pressure situations, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from a premier institute is preferred.

- Comfortable working in an on-site environment at our Bangalore office, collaborating with global teams across different time zones.
