Role Overview:

As a Sr. Program Manager, IN Easy Ship, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and managing complex programs within the Easy Ship program in India. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and business development to enhance the Easy Ship service, improve seller experience, and optimize delivery performance. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for innovation, developing program roadmaps, and ensuring successful execution to meet business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the program strategy and roadmap for IN Easy Ship, aligning with overall business goals and customer needs.

- Lead cross-functional teams to execute program initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.

- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate critical decisions to stakeholders.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Conduct data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within the Easy Ship program.

- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and seller experience.

- Manage program budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 7-15 years of experience in program management, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics industry
