About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Program Manager to own a high-visibility VP-level goal within the RBS organization. In this role, you will lead the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) program - a scientific framework that validates program stability through statistical methodology including hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, regression modeling, and Pareto assessments.

This is a strategic, high-impact role with global scope, senior leadership visibility, and the opportunity to shape how Amazon measures and drives program excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the vision, definition, planning, and end-to-end execution of the BIA program

- Define program mission, vision, tenets, and measurable goals

- Drive statistical and scientific assessments to identify and mitigate business risks in goal delivery

- Establish clear accountability structures and measure impact through Connections Score and program-specific KPIs

- Coordinate cross-functional execution with global business, operations, and tech teams

- Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights, WBRs, QBRs, and executive deep dives

- Design scalable, efficient processes for large-scale implementation

- Leverage GenAI technologies and platforms like Amazon QuickSuite to build AI-powered solutions for workforce optimization and automation

- Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured programs with measurable outcomes

- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies proactively

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of cross-functional program or project management experience (tech and non-tech teams)

- 5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects at scale

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
