Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager for Amazon Smart Commerce, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing the product strategy for innovative solutions that empower businesses to thrive in the digital marketplace. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and UX teams to identify market opportunities, define product roadmaps, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your work will directly impact the growth and success of businesses leveraging Amazon's Smart Commerce platform, enabling them to reach new customers and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Amazon Smart Commerce, aligning with overall business objectives.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet customer needs and emerging trends in the e-commerce landscape.

- Translate customer insights and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories for the engineering team.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resource availability.

- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and enhancements, working closely with marketing and sales teams.

- Analyze product performance data, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product based on customer feedback and business results.

- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product features and improve key metrics.

- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, training materials, and FAQs.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to define and launch successful B2C or B2B products in the e-commerce or digital marketing space.

- Proven ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product strategy.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

- Deep understanding of online product management principles, agile development methodologies, and A/B testing techniques.

- Experience with pricing strategy and go-to-market strategy.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.

- 7-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing.
