In this context, India Prime is looking for an experienced Product leader for Prime off- Amazon 3P partnerships business in India. Business is a rapidly growing , worldwide strategic focus area for Amazon that leverages large strategic B2B partnerships across consumer businesses (i.e., Banks, Financial Services, FMCG, OEMs, Offline Retail, Digital commerce etc.) to expand Prime reach. You will lead the product vision ,strategy and own the product portfolio for this business in India. You will deliver a multi-year product charter across B2B , B2C product suites, enterprise integration, product marketing , automation and analytics tools to scale the business. Role offers an exciting intellectual opportunity to solve for multiple whitespaces and steer your career pace as we scale. Basic Qualification: - 5+ years of experience in product management , product marketing and technology . - Experience with end to end product delivery in customer facing products with proven adoption and scale up . - Experience in defining a customer insight , data driven product vision, roadmap , write BRDs, user stories , technical design reviews, prioritizing and executing in a high expectation environment. - Working directly with technology (IN and global) to build exceptional products. Anticipating bottlenecks, independently drive tradeoffs decisions balancing business needs versus technical or operational constraints. - Ability to Earn Trust , Influence without authority to align and deliver through stakeholders at multiple levels , local/global , functions- tech, UX, Marketing , Legal , Finance , Machine Learnings, Data sciences, Amazon wide business teams. - Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities. - Demonstrated ability and willingness to operate autonomously, roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done; general manager mindset. - Excellent writing skills to own PR FAQs, contribute to annual planning documents and seek alignments through well structured, reasoned narratives. - Own reporting to leadership through launch announcements, monthly updates, status updates. - Develop the long-term strategy for your portfolio, aligning it to the goals of the organization and translate them into an achievable multi - year roadmap. - Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field Preferred qualifications : - Experience working with remote delivery teams. Proven track record of influencing global stakeholders and gaining alignment on product vision. Knowledge of SQL and query writing for data self-help; Working with ML / Data Sciences will be an added plus
