This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a motivated entrepreneur with a background in business management and managing technology products to take ownership of developing and growing a program that can help online businesses scale using Amazon channel. The candidate has to help build the business in a very entrepreneurial, fast-paced and focused working environment. You will be held accountable for defining the long-term business vision, driving plans to scale it and delivering a return on the investment Amazon makes in your business. You will be expected to define your business strategy, the operational plan, and resources you require and deliver on that plan.  This position is based in our India office in Bangalore.  Your key responsibilities will include:   - Define the growth path for the Seller University program which can drive seller success - provide the vision, build the operational plan, marketing plan and resource requirements for ensuring the sellers we recruit are successful on Amazon marketplace.   - Analyze and identify seller blockers, create a road-map to address these blockers and then work with different stakeholders across the organization globally to implement this roadmap.   - Develop and maintain the data analytics infrastructure allowing you to measure the effectiveness of your seller success strategy and demonstrate how this impacts the Seller Services business.   - Manage the end to end roll out of the project with internal as well as external stakeholders to drive the definition of the Seller Education product's development and evolution.   Basic Qualifications the candidate must demonstrate are as follows:   - Ability to build and nurture a varied and new team   - Experience in managing and successfully driving start-up projects   - Demonstrated analytical skills  - Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically  - Strong communication skills: experience in coordinating teams and communicating to management  - Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize  - Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment  - Technical ability in using SQL, HTML, Flash and Excel, plus the ability to learn in-house tools quickly  - Ability to identify seller problems and find scrappy solutions. Drive automation for scale.   Preferred Qualifications:   - 10 + years of work experience in technology led industry  - MBA from a reputed institute is desirable  - Designing and executing online customer experience programs is an added advantage  - Aptitude for marketing communication  - B2B industry exposure, preferably  Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
