As a Manager, Partnerships &amp; Alliances with Amazon Seller Services India, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for Amazon in India. You will identify and prioritize opportunities across the lifecycle of sellers to exponentially scale the marketplace. You will identify strategic partners/organizations to partner with, who will help solve seller constraints and design partnerships with such institutions. You will also have charge of translating these partnerships into action plans within the Amazon organization and ownership to drive them internally. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in developing alliances or partnerships between organizations, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, problem-solving skills and capability to influence multiple external and internal stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment which will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. Role and Responsibilities: - Understand the products and services offered by Amazon Services. - Dive Deep into the root causes which prohibit exponential scaling &amp; identify external institutions to partner with to remove these blockages - Structure agreements with the above-identified partners - Drive the action plans out of these alliances internally in the organization. This position is based out of Bangalore, India and will require travel to locations within India. Prior Experience and skills: - More than 6+ years of experience in leadership roles or partnership development roles. - Bachelor's degree required MBA is preferred. - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction. - Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven. - Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. - Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage. - Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
