Role Overview:

As a Senior Business Analyst II at Amazon in Hyderabad, you will be at the forefront of driving data-driven decisions and process improvements within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models and business intelligence dashboards to provide actionable insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL and other data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decision-making.

- Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Support the development and maintenance of data warehousing solutions to ensure data integrity and accessibility for business users.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

- Proven expertise in data modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence, with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working with large datasets.

- Experience in project management methodologies, including Agile, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) with 6-10 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
