About role We are looking for a hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated expert to help scale our growing advertising business. You will work with the sales, product and other Amazon business partners to manage train, set processes and best practices to deliver positive return on investment for our emerging and growing advertisers. Amazon is seeking a Programmatic Solutions Consultant to support enterprise self-service clients on the Amazon DSP. The Programmatic Solutions Consultant role is perfectly situated between Sales and Product, and best suited to those who can operate across fields. The team is responsible for managing the end to end experience of external customers namely holding companies, independent agencies, trading desks, and direct clients that have chosen to use the Amazon DSP via the self-service model. The overarching goal is to empower customers to achieve success by providing best-in-class consultancy, training, operational expertise and troubleshooting. Programmatic Solutions Consultants are at the cutting-edge of programmatic expertise, solving client challenges with Amazon and the industries best ad technology. To do this, this person needs to be extremely hands on, have a deep understanding of Amazon's display advertising products, technical/operational capabilities, as well as the ability to synthesize analysis into a concise and compelling presentation. In addition to working closely with other client facing teams, this person will interact with product development, finance, legal, business teams, advertising agencies and clients. Responsibilities: - Own the relationship with clients and provide high-touch proactive support such as on-boarding, educating, providing continuous product usage consultation, and staying up to date with industry best practices to ensure client success - Define priorities for campaign management and optimization initiatives based on deep knowledge of the industry, its competitive landscape and key business issues. - Be owners for current campaign performance, future strategy and competitive scenarios (growth and defense). - Navigate multiple stakeholders; bridge organizational and structural gaps with a focus on customer results and satisfaction. - Help drive evolution of Amazon DSP into a client friendly tool via ongoing client feedback loop and close collaboration with cross functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists) - Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues; will communicate, triage, and manage open tickets to resolution - Define and improve processes and tools for the AM team to serve clients better - Design and deliver performance updates, business reviews and growth opportunity presentations to key agency contacts - Billing and resolution of any financial issues - Travel to accounts as needed (Estimated 20-30%). Basic qualifications - Bachelor's degree; emphasis in Marketing, Economics or Business preferred. - Proven experience in digital marketing or advertising - 5+ years of working in an external client facing environment - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills - Analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement and operations excellence programs - Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets - Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule - Media planning & consultative engagement capabilities Preferred qualifications - MBA from a top tier institute. - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills - Strong project management & analytical skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Extensive knowledge of digital media systems and tools - Understanding of HTML/XML coding, Web Browsers and ability to edit using basic text
