This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the future vision for Amazon.  This position is based at the Amazon India headquarters in Bangalore, with travel as required.  We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, highly-motivated people leader to lead our Client Success function in Brand Advertisements.   Developing and leveraging strong relationships with Brands and internal Sales/Product teams, this leader will be responsible for all aspects of Client engagement and Delivery and associated SOPs and Processes, while getting very high visibility to Brands clientele and Ads Agencies. Ensuring seamless execution of smart, effective campaigns and becoming Consultative partners to Brands- needs will be crucial in driving/upselling new/ repeat business   To do this, this leader needs to have a good understanding of Amazon's Display/search advertising products, operational capabilities to work with different teams seamlessly, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a young group of advertisement professionals and synthesize analysis into a concise and compelling presentation to deliver Value to Brands. In addition to this, the person will interact with product development, technical teams to build right set of operational processes.  Responsibilities :   Lead a team of Account managers and Program managers to drive engagement and deliver value campaigns to Brands while growing brand ads business.  Lead Program managers to own and drive Operational excellence for campaign performance against key metrics, delivery ; identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to help top brands to increase efficiency meet clients- KPIs, Ads delivery and Consultative inputs to Sales.  Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with Brand community and Client engagement and establish closed loop processes for product and operational feedback  Build scale into the Client services function for brands by collaborating with internal stakeholders (Product managers, brand Sales and Account teams) to develop joint business plans and upsell opportunities with coherent messaging/positioning for brands/partners.  Lead, mentor and grow a young, diverse team of Ad professionals in the Client success and Operational excellence domain.  Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to set up business processes and SOPs for Brand advertisements, using Product and Automation tools to evolve Ads reporting & metrics   Liaise with Sales, Product management, and Finance/AR to help create Brand Success Metrics - Leverage our suite of rich data, targeting and product channels to collaborate with the other teams in the development of tailored solutions that meet top Brands- Advertisement goals  Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick solutions. Serve as a source of market intelligence for other areas of the Advertising team (e.g., product development, product marketing, pricing) and assist in the development of best practices and operational efficiencies  Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing Value to Brands.  Basic Qualifications :   Proven experience of cross-functional skills, large people management in Service industry, operations management in Advertisements/Marketing, Creative/ strategic vision to build advertiser value  - Strong analytical skills as well as experience in applying those skills in the advertising domain  - Media planning capabilities (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; Nielsen @Plan, Ad Relevance, Ad tracking NetView;DART,Atlas)preferable  - Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets  - Bachelor's degree; emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred. MBA would be preferred   - Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, Campaign management and Analytics, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule  - Fluent in English  Preferred Qualifications :   Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills  Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions,  Comfortable in a fast paced, Multi-tasked, high energy environment  MBA from Tier 1 Business School  Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
