Amazon Seller Services : Hiring Product Manager for Business Expansion  Contact : 9980791774   FBA is looking for a superstar Product Manager to drive business growth in India. The selected candidate will be responsible for identification and growth of new business opportunities, developing and implementing business strategies. He/She will need to build and work on strategic and operational plans for the year that drive profitable growth in the most important areas of the business. He/She will work with our Consumer Experience, Direct Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product Development teams to launch new programs that improve adoption and growth of our business.  The scope for this role includes the following:  Business Management:  - Identify emerging growth opportunities for the business, develop strategies to address them and drive initiatives that capitalize on these opportunities to further grow the business  - Must be able to effectively communicate strategies / plans (both written in narrative form and in verbal presentations) to senior leadership. Define measures of success for both developed and nascent businesses including consumer satisfaction, increased selection, customer acquisition, and profitability.  - Develop key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement.  Product and Program Management:  - Work with sellers, product development and internal software development teams to identify and prioritize requirements for program enhancements to grow business fast  - Own and manage the product feature road map with the software development teams using Agile Software Development to deliver customer valued features monthly.  - Manage all projects, including organizing and planning, estimating, managing resources, tracking and controlling projects, managing risk & opportunity, managing quality, seller relations, communicating & documenting, and change management.  Marketing and Sales:  - Work with Direct Sales teams on sales strategies, promotions and sales tools to maximize lifetime value of seller per dollar spent.  Seller Management:  - Define and execute the communication, reporting and feedback mechanisms for thousands of large and smaller sellers.  - Combine similar requests from multiple sellers to prioritize capabilities that are extensible to all sellers.  Industry Specific Knowledge:  - Have general knowledge of e-commerce and target market segments (e.g. media, apparel, and electronics), processes, industry standards, regulations, and the current business trends.  - Have general knowledge of competitive offerings in terms of features and price  Finance & Accounting; Legal and Tax:  - Understand and manage financial activities, such as working capital, cash flow, revenue and margins, and financial metrics. Have knowledge of basic accounting principles and techniques.  - Work with Legal and Tax department on service contracts and fees, import and export regulations, reporting compliance, etc.  Basic Qualifications:  - 30+ months of business management or product development experience  - Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership  - Presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences  - Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action  - Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions  - Business judgment and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary  - Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations  Preferred Qualifications  - MBA preferred  - Experience managing P&L  - Technical experience a plus
