Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented AWS O2C Marketplace Lead to drive the Order to Cash (O2C) performance for our AWS Marketplace business. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our pricing strategies, improving O2C efficiency, and ensuring robust cash management practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the financial health of the organization. This role is based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement pricing strategies for AWS Marketplace offerings to maximize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive.
- Monitor and analyze O2C performance metrics, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead initiatives to streamline the O2C process, reducing cycle times and improving cash flow.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections.
- Manage cash management activities, including forecasting, reconciliation, and optimization of working capital.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track O2C performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the O2C process, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in O2C processes through the implementation of best practices and automation.
- Partner with technology teams to implement and optimize O2C systems and tools.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to O2C team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing the Order to Cash (O2C) process, including invoicing, collections, and cash management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and its impact on financial performance.
- Experience in Marketplace Management and a strong understanding of the dynamics of online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in using O2C systems and tools, such as ERP systems and CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage cash flow effectively and optimize working capital.
- 6-15 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash, Pricing Strategy, and Marketplace Management.
