Amazon - Manager - Program Management

Key job responsibilities:

- To partner with AB Business to define the right DEX and provide partnership as the Operations Leader for the same.

- To maintain engagement with partner teams, AB Ops has organized fortnightly internal reviews, MBRs with AB Business, and QBRs with INOPS and Business leaders.

- Help find solutions for the unique DEX requirements for AB and champion the same across Operations team. Also tactically address day to day operation challenges faced by AB Business to protect CX.

- Lead the AI & Analytics charter for broader External fulfillment & 3P org and the lead the BA team.

Basic qualifications:

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.

- 5+ years of team management experience.

- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience.

- 5+ years of program or project management experience.

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Total Experience: 8 - 17 years
