As a Marketing Manager for the mobile gateway, you will have the opportunity to drive business impact by planning and executing the marketing strategy.   - You will also collaborate with the product and engineering teams to launch the next generation of product features and use them in your marketing plans.  - A successful candidate in this role will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, and work well with multiple teams. In addition to having top notch written and verbal communication skills in English, this role will need to prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.   - The ideal candidate will be innovative and curious and have strong interest in online marketing. Technical requirements include HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly.  Key responsibilities :  - Define and execute the gateway marketing strategy in collaboration with the team.  - Support marketing initiatives of partner teams on the gateway for new launches, events etc.  - Brainstorm new ideas and work with the team to optimize the gateway merchandising through experiments.  - Work with product and engineering teams to suggest tool fixes/new features, test and launch them.  - Monitor performance of relevant properties/campaigns and report to stakeholders.  - Develop a sound knowledge of best practices, document them and share with the relevant communities.  - Mentor and develop any junior members of the team and wider merchandising community.  Basic qualifications :  - 2+ years experience in building content online and managing online campaigns  - Bachelor's/PG degree  - MS Office, including Excel  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Experience managing large amounts of data  - Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the internet shopper.  - Understanding and use of web metrics  - XML/HTML skills: no need to hand-code, but you can troubleshoot  Preferred qualifications:  - Post Graduate degree in marketing or communications  Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
