Role Overview:

The Manager II, Account Management role is a critical position responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts within Amazon. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and driving adoption of Amazon's solutions to achieve mutual success. The Manager II collaborates closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth. This position is based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Amazon's footprint within assigned accounts.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.

- Understand client business objectives and identify opportunities to leverage Amazon's products and services to address their needs.

- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams.

- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.

- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform account strategies.

- Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, exceeding revenue targets and building strong client relationships.

- Proven ability to understand client business needs and develop customized solutions that address their challenges.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Client Engagement, or Client Management.

- Adaptability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
