Amazon Ads is seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed Insights Manager to partner with advertisers and identify opportunities that accelerate their business on Amazon. This role blends deep analytical capabilities with strategic thinking to uncover actionable insights, recommend growth strategies, and influence key business decisions for our brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse retail and advertising data to diagnose business performance and identify growth opportunities for brands.

- Create automated frameworks and partner with BA team to develop custom dashboards for category intelligence and continuous performance tracking.

- Create compelling, story-driven insight narratives for brand stakeholders to influence decisions and secure investments.

- Design and execute experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, incrementality studies) to measure and optimize marketing impact.

- Act as the primary stakeholder in cross-functional initiatives to push change forward across Product, Sales and Services.

- Identify and provide the right metrics to measure success, providing meaningful feedback to the stakeholders through ownership of monthly organizational business reviews.

- Guide teams to develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly action plans that increase adoption of strategic initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, consulting, strategy

- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight).

- Experience interpreting and communicating data insights to senior stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of digital advertising and e-commerce KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

- SQL proficiency for large dataset analysis.

- Ability to balance analytical rigor with strategic storytelling.

- Demonstrated success in influencing business outcomes using data

- Experience working in advertising, marketing analytics, or a related domain
