As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible for communicating and driving network vision and goals for the Fulfilment center and Finance Team. Top Skills : - Demonstrate financial analysis and modelling skills. - Highly analytical and detail oriented. - Process improvement experience (ideally Lean and/or Six Sigma). Roles & Responsibilities : - You will be responsible for managing the financial close process, accounting, and results reporting. - Validating financial and operational results of process improvement efforts. - Ensuring financial controls are in place and are followed, maintaining data integrity. - Leading budgeting and forecasting efforts for the Fulfillment Center(s). - Overseeing and providing analytical support for business optimization initiatives. Skills & Experience : - MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (First attempt). - 3+ years of related experience in a corporate or plant role and proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload. - Experience with financial reporting. - Has the ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges. - Expertise with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. - Recommending, developing, and implementing policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.
