Role Overview:

The EF Program Manager role is a high-impact position responsible for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and process maturity. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from conception to delivery to ensure business objectives are met within defined timelines.

- Analyze complex operational data to identify process gaps and implement improvements that drive significant productivity gains.

- Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders across multiple departments to align priorities and secure buy-in for transformation initiatives.

- Design and document standardized workflows to ensure process consistency and scalability across global operations.

- Monitor program health through key performance indicators and provide regular updates to leadership to facilitate data-backed decision-making.

- Facilitate change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end program lifecycles, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation, with 6 - 15 years of professional experience.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights and process improvements.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence senior leadership and negotiate priorities across competing teams.

- Demonstrated expertise in driving organizational transformation and process excellence within large, matrixed environments.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and maintaining transparency in project status.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

- A Masters degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred, complemented by a track record of navigating ambiguity in fast-paced work environments.
