If you want operate at start up speed, solve some of the hardest problems and build a service which customers love, Junglee.com might just be the place for you.  Job Description:  - The Digital Marketing Manager would be responsible for defining and executing the digital marketing strategy for driving awareness & adoption of Junglee.com & its various products across channels like email, social media, display, and associates. Key target segments for this role would be both online sellers as well as physical retail stores in India where we need to evangelize Junglee.com.   - The role would involve defining the value proposition for the target segment and communicating it effectively through various digital marketing channels. It would also involve working closely with multiple internal teams like various channel managers from traffic team, category managers, product managers, site merchandising, and public relations team.  - The leader should understand both the art and science of online advertising, and have proven success in driving substantial results, ideally in e-Commerce, customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation.   - The role would also require close coordination with technology teams to arrive at solutions to automate our processes.  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Build the vision and strategy of Junglee's Digital Marketing Program for sellers.  - Develop and manage campaigns across a variety of technology platforms, inventory sources, and ad formats, leveraging both internal and external opportunities   - Manage social presence and creating lively, engaged seller communities across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube, etc  - Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of digital media program, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results  - Identify and execute innovative marketing activities across digital media to reach target audience  - Work with agencies to develop various marketing collaterals in line with the program objectives  Basic Qualifications:  - 3-6 years of experience in online marketing   - A Bachelor degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study.  - Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content  - Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously  - Must be metrics-driven. Have a background in quantitative decision making and has an ability to drive business/operations metrics  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - The ability to create innovative and targeted marketing programs that generate results  - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders   - Demonstrate proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment  Preferred Qualifications:  - MBA or management consulting experience preferred  - Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done   - Significant experience leveraging digital marketing channels to drive customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation preferred  - In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms  - Successful experience managing a lean team and advertising agencies to plan, optimize and measure campaigns  - Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
