Corporate Counsel - Satellites, Project Kuiper - Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. - We are looking for a stellar regulatory lawyer to join Kuiper Legal. In this role, you will counsel the Kuiper team on a broad range of legal matters involving regulatory, licensing, and other legal requirements. You will provide support for regulatory filings in India. You will closely coordinate with global legal teams and outside counsel. - We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about technology, enjoys being continually challenged, and demonstrates sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. - Amazon is an equal opportunities employer. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : - A mix of corporate law firm and in-house experience in India. - Experience in advising multi-national companies and businesses operating at scale. - Organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet stringent deadlines. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and assess business processes/products, spot issues and structure practical solutions.
