Agency Development Manager - The Amazon India Ads business functions as a strategic start-up with support and interest from business units across the company as well as Amazon's top management. - We are investing heavily in building a world class advertising business and are responsible for defining and delivering a collection of advertising products that drive awareness, engagement, discovery and sales. - The work we do is strategically important to our Retail and Marketplace businesses for driving long term growth. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the future vision for Amazon Ads in India. Key job responsibilities: - Drive Ad Sales for our Ecommerce business - Drive programs to enable agencies and scale this channel - Work closely with agencies and brands to drive revenue at scale. - Engage with CXOs/ Brands and Agency heads on a regular basis - Partner with internal teams (Product, GTM Marketing, program, CST/AM) to build training and enablement charter for the assigned agencies - Engage with stakeholders to drive adoption and usage of various tools and publish regular reports capturing inputs. - Ideate and build newer initiatives to scale expertise Basic qualifications: - Master's degree from Tier 1/2 B-school - 3-7 years of post-MBA experience - Experience in dealing with Agencies Preferred qualifications: - Experience of working with Ad Tech solution provider is not necessity but will be added advantage
