Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets. - Quota Carrying: Own and deliver on sales quotas, with a focus on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. - Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and long-term retention. - Sales Operations: Lead sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking. - Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and evolving customer needs, identifying new business opportunities. - Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on sales performance, providing key insights and updates to senior management. - Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development, Pre-sales, and Business Development) to ensure sales strategies align with the company's overarching goals. - Business Development: Drive the expansion of Amantya Technologies' market presence globally by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or an advanced degree is preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales, primarily within software services or technology companies, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Skills: - Strong business development expertise, with experience in negotiating deals and managing client relationships. - In-depth understanding of P&L management and revenue/EBITDA growth strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage remote teams and work in a global business environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Ability to manage and mentor sales teams while achieving individual and team targets.
