Director-HR Responsibilities: - Reporting to the EVP. You will be responsible for the following targets and tasks: - HR strategy based on company growth plans. - Build Organization and Create a cohesive team in a fast-growing organization with equal emphasis on scalable models. - Human Resources (PMS; Employee Engagement; Employee Relations and Talent Management) will be responsible for implementing; monitoring and ensuring adherence to various key business strategies and initiatives. - Device processes in alignment with business leaders to ensure that everybody within the organization is able to collaborate and work seamlessly. - Be able to tailor the benefits according to the type of role. Create a fair assessment structure which rewards performance and is focused on aligned metrics. - Create, implement, maintain the Hire to Retire framework in the company that includes: Employees onboarding, Competency Management, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Career Map, Employee Engagement, Retention process, Offboarding process - Setup people analytics to satisfy the company's current needs that includes: Organizational growth rate, Attrition and retention rates, Voluntary turnover reasons, and the other demographic reports as needed - HR Team management: Create a high-performing HR team, Define HR metrics and reporting, Create HR department compensation and performance plans, Control the HR team targets execution and develop, motivate, and train the HR team - Perform the function HR Business Partnering for the management team; Being a coach for the management team in people management, Reinforce the company's culture and values to each employee through the management team, Creates sustained solutions to individual employee challenges. Desired Profile: - Master's Degree in Human Resources from an institution of repute or its equivalent. - 15+ years' experience as the Head of HR or similar position, preferably in IT service companies. - Has been part of an early-stage company where processes or teams weren't set up and had to build them from scratch. - Proven experience in creating an effective HR structure assuring the company's growth. - Proven experience in the selection and implementation of the HR management system. - Proven experience in performance and compensation management. - Leadership experience with responsibility for business results in a fast-paced, multi-function environment. - Must be a high-integrity team player with the flexibility to meet the demands of changing business priorities. - Ability to leverage data to perform root cause analysis and address the source of issues. - Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
