The incumbent will be tasked with managing staff, driving sales, maintaining inventory levels, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and enhance the overall performance of the retail business. - Team Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate retail staff, including sales associates, supervisors, and support personnel. - Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Take corrective actions as needed. - Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels by forecasting demand, ordering products, and managing stock rotation.
