Key Responsibilities : - Independently designing and delivering on a combination of one-time and ongoing projects related to ongoing operations, product development and strategy, pricing, client servicing, internal firm culture, etc. - Leading qualitative and quantitative data analyses and reporting to inform strategic decision-making at the business level (relating to positioning, product strategy, pricing, partnerships, client success, etc.) - Managing processes to translate organizational strategy into effective execution across functions, including external stakeholder and vendor management - Working with functional heads/leads and driving collaboration across multiple functions (product, tech, marketing, etc.) on structuring, planning, and delivering solutions to specific problem statements - Team management including defining workstreams, providing ongoing feedback and guidance, and overseeing and being accountable for the overall quality of deliverables - Delivering internal culture-building initiatives across a 150-member strong team - Working closely with the VP of Strategy and Operations and the Founders to deliver on special projects of high business priority You should apply if you have : - Bachelors or Masters degree from a top tier institute, with &gt;3 years of experience - Strong conceptual and tactical problem-solving skills - Excellent oral and written communication - Execution-oriented mindset with strong project management - Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams at varying levels of complexity - Attention to detail - Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities - Commitment to driving impact in the mental health space - Fluency in English and Hindi - Curiosity, empathy, and an eagerness to learn What is it like working at Amaha ? - The learning opportunities are limitless and we guarantee an exciting and transparent work culture.
