Major Purpose : Process owner of all assurance activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee and business information in compliance with the organization's information security policies. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected. Role reporting into: CEO Key Responsibilities : - Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program - Work directly with all teams to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes - Understand and interact with all stakeholders to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services - Carry out a real-time analysis of immediate threats - Determining what went wrong in a breach, dealing with those responsible if they're internal, and planning to avoid repeats of the same crisis - Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems - Planning, buying, and rolling out security hardware and software, and making sure IT and network infrastructure is designed with best security practices in mind - Partner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of risk management concerns - Keeping abreast of developing security threats, and helping the leadership team understand potential security problems that might arise from acquisitions or other big business moves Key Stakeholders : - CEO &amp; CEOs office - Directors - Head - Procurement - Head - Operations - Engineering Manager(s) - Head Project Management - Global Head Product Management - Head HR Person Specification : - Ideal a person should have had the below experiences / possess the below abilities to succeed in this role: - Degree in business administration or a technology-related field - Professional Security Management certification - Around 10 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security - Should have handled at least one leadership role as head of Information Security in a medium to large sized organization - Experience with organizations in the cloud technology space. - Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity - Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.
