Work Mode : In Office Location : Bengaluru (Bannerghatta Road) Reports to: SVP, OCEO Job Profile: The Chief of Staff - Office of the CEO is a senior strategic leader responsible for amplifying the CEO's effectiveness by acting as a force multiplier-driving execution of strategic priorities, streamlining decision-making processes, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across the organization. As a core member of the Office of the CEO, this role combines strategic planning, program management, and organizational leadership. The Chief of Staff will lead complex initiatives, manage governance and operating cadences, and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team. This role requires a high degree of discretion, analytical depth, and executive presence, as well as the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Execution a. Translate the CEO's strategic vision into clear, actionable roadmaps and initiatives across the organization. b.
