Job Title: Digital Media Performance Senior Specialist.

Summary:

The Senior Strategist is a High Value client-facing role managing customer relationships of the client portfolio in APAC.

The Strategist will derive and execute the clients' digital media strategy and must have a strong understanding of Paid search, Programmatic, and paid social.

The Strategist works closely with Clients and internal Amadeus Hospitality team to develop an in-depth understanding of the client's property and marketplace to maximize returns and achieve the client's goals.

Education & Certifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, cultivating strong long-term partnerships.

- Translate client goals into tailored media strategies and cross-channel plans.

- Lead campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis across Google Ads, Programmatic, and Social platforms.

- Create compelling ad copy and prepare client-facing presentations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

- Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable insights.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

- Computing: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Languages: Fluent in English, with strong communication and documentation abilities.

Digital Marketing Platforms:.

Hands-on experience with the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem, including:.

- Google Analytics

- Data Studio

- Search Ads 360

- Display & Video 360

Web Technologies:

- Familiarity with ad tagging processes and implementation.

- Basic understanding of HTML and rich media formats.

Certifications:

- Google Ads Certification.

- Meta Blueprint Certification.

Experience & Business Understanding:

- 5-8 years in online media, with hands-on experience across major ad platforms.

- 3+ years in client-facing roles, demonstrating strategic thinking and innovation.

- Strong verbal and written communication, including copywriting skills.

- Experience influencing internal stakeholders and driving marketing results.

- Background in hospitality or tourism is advantageous but not mandatory.
