- We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Product Analyst to work with an equally competent team of Developers and QAs working towards a common mission of the product.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be :

- To understand and translate the requirements into business use cases and help develop them into product features.

- To be able to participate in solution definition & design.

- To work closely with all stakeholders to ensure our product is delivered to customers without any major issues including timelines.

- Able to Investigate & analyze impacts and come up with effort requirements.

- Identify and write basic documentation needed for products in the given template and build new templates for any purpose.

About The Ideal Candidate:

- The ideal candidate will be someone who has a background as a Product Analyst with experience working in Agile / SAFe.

Education And Experience.

- Bachelors / master's degree in engineering or equivalent Post-graduation degree.

- Experience in the Airline domain is a plus.

- Any Business Analyst/ Product Owner certification is a plus.

- Product Analyst Skillset.

- Extensive Functional knowledge of products and projects handled.

- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills with a learning attitude.

- Should be the Functional SPoC for the activities assigned.

- Understand and review business requirements for new CR/ product.

- Participate in Solution designing activities with the technical team.

- Study processes and identify process improvements.

- Communicate with all stakeholders and provide project/product status on time.

- Hands-on experience in RCA.

- Should be able to convert requirements into all related documents like FRS, Usecases.

- Should be able to review other documents and test cases/test plans.

- Should be able to participate in sizing activities.

- Good understanding of Product Life cycle and Agile methodology.

- Good Documentation & Presentation skills.

- Need to have good verbal and written communication skills.
