Main Responsibility: - Providing end user training and support. Creation of user manuals for all SAP processes - Development of new reports as per business requirements & preparation of functional specs for the same - System testing during functional & technical upgrades - Managing the OpenText VIM solution, - Resolving end-user support tickets - Training to end users in different countries on FICO module. - Implementing Internal Controls & Authorization mechanism in respect of various processes in SAP - Roll outs for specific business / legal requirements into SAP environment Skills: - Problem solving orientation - Analytical skills - Ability to multi - task - Business Acumen - Customer Service Orientation - Planning skills - Influencing & Communication skills Experience: - 2 yrs + experience in the field of FICO.
