AM/DM - Acceptance (Credit Underwriting)   Experience Required : 4 to 9 years   Reporting to : Country Head - Acceptance   Qualification : MBA Finance OR CA   Skills : Good Communication Skills and at least 4 years of relevant experience in Auto Loans (new cars, used cars, etc)   Main accountabilities :   Credit Underwriting :   - Analysing the customer's financials.   - Extracting CIBIL reports.   - Decision loan applications.   - Managing the quality of loans so as to reduce delinquency.   MIS :   - Collate information for MIS preparation.   - Prepare reports for management information.   - Preparation of Scorecards for customers and dealers.   - Do projects on ad hoc basis.   - Manage turnaround time with regards to F&I Managers and dealerships.   - Agency Management   - Managing external agencies involved in Field Investigation,Document Verification and Valuation.   - Measuring their efficiency and suggesting ways to improve turnaround time.   - Verification and correct payment of Agency bills.   Training :   - Prepare presentations for team training.   - Dealer Front End (DFE) data quality check and giving feedback to F&I Managers.   - Training of F&I Managers at F&I Manager's Meet and on   - Training of External Agencies.
