The candidate’s key responsibilities and the skills needed to perform the role well have been outlined below.  JOB DESCRIPTION:  - Use data-driven insights to improve the effectiveness of our marketing, business development, and customer retention efforts  - Get the pulse of the business by combining data insights with customer requests/feedback and give clear recommendations for customer satisfaction and business growth  - Segment clients in order to identify high-value customers, customers who are likely to defect, new customers who have potential, and so on; devise segmentation criteria appropriate for our business  - Ensure that the metrics being tracked by the entire organization and key departments are correct measures of their own and business performance; develop and track suitable metrics  - Share with relevant teams both critical and routine analyses in a timely manner so that the entire organization makes better, data-driven decisions  - Candidates having knowledge and experience of data mining and other tools/techniques for customer segmentation and predictive analytics would be much preferred  CANDIDATE PROFILE:  - Highly motivated self-learner who is passionate about analytics and stays abreast of current trends, best practices, and tools/techniques   - Good critical thinking skills (able to structure ideas and objectives into plans and tasks; able to critique, analyze, and improvise; good at spotting trends and drawing connections)  - Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint  - Excellent and clear English communication skills  - Good coordination skills, respect for deadlines, and very high attention to detail   WORK EXPERIENCE:  - Graduate or post-graduate degree in any relevant discipline   - At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with a proven track record in a role that required analytical thinking  ABOUT CACTUS:  Cactus Communications Pvt.
