Role : Performance Marketing Manager | Alyke

Were looking for a Performance Marketing expert who understands app growth and can scale user acquisition campaigns for the US market.

What were looking for :

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & TikTok Ads

- Experience in app marketing / mobile user acquisition

- Ability to reduce cost per signup (CPS/CAC) and improve ROAS

- Expertise in scaling ad spends and performance campaigns

- Strong understanding of creatives, funnels, analytics & optimization

Requirements :

- 3 - 6 years of experience in performance marketing

- Hands-on experience with app marketing/mobile growth campaigns

- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads & analytics tools

- Experience working on US market campaigns is preferred

- Startup mindset with strong ownership and execution ability

- Experience working with consumer apps, social apps, dating apps, or D2C brands

Preferred :
