The Altudo Work Management Serviceline(Rainmakers): Altudo Rainmakers is a hyper-focused, high-growth team within Altudo which works closely with leading Martech and digital workplace B2B SaaS decacorns and unicorns, soonicorns and disruptive startups. We're looking for a detail-oriented, cross-functional player who can navigate the organization and advocate for customers internally. You will be committed to helping customers adopt Work Management Framework as both a technological product and a holistic approach to collaboration across their organization. You will be a consultant focused on supporting our rapidly growing enterprise and strategic customer base. You will serve as an empathetic customer advocate, problem solver, partner in change, and product expert, as well as the voice of your customers cross-functionally.

Core Responsibilities:

- Build strong expertise in work management and lead executive-level discussions with stakeholders (CMO, CIO, COO, PMO, and enterprise architects) to identify gaps in workflows, systems, and team execution.

- Convert business challenges into structured transformation initiatives by designing end-to-end solutions aligned with Altudo's Work Management Framework, including workflow optimization and integrations across CRM, ERP, and HRIS systems.

- Leverage AI-driven execution models to enhance efficiency and visibility, while acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.

- Evaluate and identify opportunities to strengthen presales engagements at both the individual account and broader program level, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and customer impact.

- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to shape and execute strategic account plans for key customers.

- Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and clearly articulate how work management solutions address their business needs.

- You will build data-driven, value first business cases by quantifying impact across productivity improvements, cycle-time reduction, cost savings and revenue acceleration. You will anchor Work Transformation Workshops to identify high-value use cases, align stakeholders, and define transformation roadmaps that convert into funded opportunities

- You will partner with Sales teams to shape deal strategy, expand scope, increase ACV, and improve win rates across complex sales cycles. You will establish credibility with enterprise customers and position Altudo as a strategic execution transformation partner.

- Establish strong credibility with both customers and internal stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor and solution expert.

- Contribute significantly to revenue growth by supporting complex sales cycles and influencing successful deal outcomes.

Requirements

- 7-12 years of experience in consulting, presales, or solutioning roles, with strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and storytelling abilities. Demonstrated capability to engage CXO-level stakeholders with a strong executive presence and understanding of CIO priorities, enterprise KPIs, and operating models.

- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and workflow design, along with exposure to AI and automation use cases and enterprise architecture principles.

- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and present compelling value narratives to diverse audiences.

- Data-driven professional with a proven ability to build and articulate ROI-driven business cases.

- Exceptional cross-functional collaborator who builds trusted relationships through credibility, candor, and strong business acumen.

- Strong understanding of CIO priorities, enterprise KPIs and enterprise architecture principles.

- Experience in workflow design and developing AI-powered or automation-driven solutions.

- Strong knowledge of system integrations, including APIs, middleware, and enterprise connectivity frameworks.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or technology background required; MBA preferred.
