Altudo is seeking a Director of Marketing to drive our services pipeline growth, MQL acquisition, and revenue impact through multi-channel strategies, including ABM, digital marketing, SEO, paid media, and lead nurturing, for North America market.
Reporting to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, this role focuses on optimizing conversion rates, aligning with sales, and maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with expertise in marketing automation, lead scoring, and performance analytics.
This role offers autonomy to scale demand generation efforts and accelerate business growth within Altudos vision
Key objectives:
- Improve MQL-to-SQL and SQL-to-Customer conversion by refining lead nurturing, scoring, and engagement tactics.
- Align demand generation efforts with sales to contribute directly to pipeline acceleration and revenue expansion
- Use data-driven insights, A/B testing, and attribution modeling to maximize the return on marketing investments (ROMI).
- Foster collaboration between marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and higher pipeline efficiency for our services in the North America market
What you will do:
- Define, implement, and optimize the lead scoring framework to ensure high-quality MQLs are passed to sales
- Develop targeted campaigns to drive MQL generation across inbound (SEO, paid media, content) and outbound (ABM, email marketing, events) channels.
- Align with sales to drive high-quality leads and accelerate revenue growth.
- Design targeted programs to engage high-value accounts and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign metrics, optimize ROI, and refine strategies.
- Leverage marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM (Zoho) for lead management.
- Own demand generation budgets and optimize resource allocation.
What does the candidate require for this role?
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth for B2B services or SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM (Zoho).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, paid social, and ABM platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, analytics, and attribution modeling.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Strong understanding of buyers journey, funnel optimization, and lead nurturing best practices.
