Project Manager

Director - Delivery (Managed Services) will lead the end-to-end management and growth of Altudo's Managed Services portfolio across global clients. This is a strategic leadership role that combines operational excellence, client partnership, and people leadership. You will own the success of managed service engagements by driving efficiency, innovation, and service quality -ensuring that Altudo consistently delivers value, reliability, and scalability to our customers. The role requires a blend of business acumen, delivery rigor, and deep understanding of digital experience platforms, cloud operations, and support models. What you will do? - Oversee global delivery of managed service engagements across multiple technology stacks (DXPs, commerce, cloud, and analytics), ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments. - Evolve Altudo's managed services operating model - from reactive support to proactive, value-driven partnership models - leveraging automation, AI, and continuous improvement frameworks. - Act as the executive sponsor for key managed services accounts, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and ensuring high satisfaction and retention. - Implement governance mechanisms, delivery playbooks, and performance dashboards that enhance transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement across engagements. - Own financial performance for the managed services business unit - including forecasting, margin management, and revenue growth through renewals and upsell opportunities. - Lead and mentor a diverse team of delivery leaders, service managers, and engineers; drive a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability. - Champion process optimization, automation, and adoption of next-gen delivery models using AI, observability tools, and DevOps practices. Who you are: - 15+ years of experience in IT Services Delivery, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles managing global managed services operations. - Strong understanding of digital experience platforms (Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, Drupal, Content Stack etc.), cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP), and DevOps practices. - Proven track record of scaling managed service engagements - from transition and steady-state to transformation-led value delivery. - Adept at managing multi-million-dollar P&L, client relationships at CXO level, and geographically distributed teams. - Strategic thinker with operational discipline - able to translate business vision into executable delivery strategies. - Demonstrated experience in service automation, predictive monitoring, and data-driven decisionmaking. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset - Certification in PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of ITSM, DevOps, or IT Operations frameworks.
