Requirement: - Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. - 2-4 years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning. - Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures. - Excellent in tools - MS Office, Asana, JIRA , ERP, Zoho CRM - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and planning skills. - Project management skills & Strong leadership skills Responsibilities: - Develop and manage corporate strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision. - Ability to look at situations from multiple perspectives and break-down problems into smaller components - Ability to consider underlying causes and think through the consequences of different courses of action - Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, assess risks, and forecast long-term market trends. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust as necessary. - Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify competitive positioning, customer trends, and market shifts. - Provide recommendations based on insights gained from data-driven analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry reports. - Excellent understanding of project management principles - "Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives. - Facilitate innovation workshops and design thinking sessions to co-create solutions with internal teams and clients. - Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for executive leadership, board members, and investors. - Serve as a strategic advisor for senior management, offering insights on market dynamics and emerging business models.
