
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development, launch, and growth of our digital products.
The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, technical understanding, and customer-focused thinking to deliver innovative digital solutions.
You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure products meet market needs, align with business strategy, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.
Product Development & Execution:
- Write clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineering teams to build scalable and user-friendly digital products.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, engineering, design, and marketing.
- Present product strategies, progress updates, and KPIs to senior leadership.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine product features.
Performance Metrics & Analysis:
- Define KPIs to track product adoption, performance, and business impact.
- Use analytics tools to monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement data-driven decisions to optimize product experience and outcomes.
Agile Product Management:
- Lead agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining high quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital product development.
- Proven track record of successfully launching digital products (web, mobile, SaaS, or platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
